Held at Bexhill Leisure Centre, Feb 10th, 2023 and very well attended (thank you).

Highlights as follows:

Current committe re-elected, and future elections to be held once every 2 years rather than yearly

Rule changes discussed and rules on website have been updated

Treasurer’s report forecasting operating yearly loss of £2,000 by end of 2023 and consequent reduction in reserves to approx £4,000. This is due to playing fees being subsidised by the club to meet Leisure Centre hire costs. Income has been boosted by revenue from Rother Active Lottery but chairman urged all members to subscribe where possible.

Playing Fees will be raised on April 1 by £0.50 per session to help address shortfall.

A proposal was raised to inaugurate a Hall of Fame on the website, to feature up to 3 players, past and present and recognise their contribution to Walking Cricket. This was agreed and website has now been updated.
